SKIM PEMBIAYAAN

1. CIRI-CIRI KEMUDAHAN
   👉 Pembiayaan setelah projek disiapkan : Nilai pendahuluan 80% dari inbois atau 💯% kos bahan
        mentah, yang mana terendah.
   👉 Pembiayaan sebelum projek dimulakan : 💯% kos bahan mentah.

2. PERMOHONAN
    i. 📝 Dokumen- dokumen yg berkaitan dari syarikat anda.
   ii. 📝 Dokumen - dokumen kontrak yg diperlukan.

3. KELULUSAN
    i. Resolusi Lembaga Pengarah.
   ii. Surat Tawaran yang ditandatangani.
  iii. Perjanjian Pembiayaan yang ditandatangani.

4. PEMBIAYAAN
    Pembiayaan yang lulus akan disalurkan secepat 3 hari dari tarikh penerimaan surat penyerahan 
    hak pembiayaan/dari surat setuju dari pemberi kontrak ("Contract Assignment") untuk bayaran
    terus kepada My Commerze Sdn Bhd bagi kontrak yg dibiayai.

5. CAJ PEMBIAYAAN
  👉 Perkongsian keuntungan dari kontrak; atau
  👉 CAJ pengeluaran wang berdasarkan peratusan yang ditetapkan. 
  👉 Yuran pemprosesan.

6. KONSEP PEMBIAYAAN
  👉 Pembiayaan berteraskan syariah.

🔵 Semua Syarikat/Enterprise yang berdaftar boleh memohon.
🔵 Kelulusan bergantung pada jenis permohonan. Tempoh kelulusan adalah 3 hari dari serahan
     dokumen lengkap.
🔵 Pembiayaan kami adalah khusus buat kontraktor  kerajaan, badan berkanun & GLC.
